The Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional online experiences that drive engagement and impact. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to create dynamic, immersive, rich experiences.

This role will be instrumental in shaping the direction of solutions. You will be responsible for designing digital brand identities and pixel-perfect responsive interfaces showcasing attention to detail. You will also create design artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI elements.

• Your Responsibilities
• Collaborate with UX/UI Leads, Content Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and Clients as part of the creative process
• Investigate how existing products work or how services are used to input into solution feasibility
• Utilize user research, data, and insights to drive design decisions
• Create and execute solutions to solve user experience deficiencies and meet business needs
• Design digital brand identities and pixel-perfect responsive interfaces showcasing attention to detail
• Create design artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI elements
• Clearly and persuasively present and communicate design concepts and solutions
• Maintain and extend pixel-perfect design components to ensure they meet evolving user needs and industry standards
• Develop and apply design systems, adhering to user-centered design practices, conversion principles, and accessibility standards
• Work closely with design leads to ensure quality and preparation of deliverables for handoff to developers, clients, and partners
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design quality and user experience through research and testing, iterative design, and feedback integration
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and AI capabilities
