About the Role

• This opportunity is associated with backgrounds in Computer sciences and Systems and Computing Engineering.
• Responsibilities
• Assist in designing interfaces for web and mobile (Android and iOS), applying UI Design concepts and best usability practices.
• Create basic wireframes and layouts, learning how to transform requirements into functional interfaces.
• Support the prototyping of screens and flows in Figma, facilitating idea validation.
• Make small adaptations and adjustments to existing screens, ensuring visual consistency across products.
• Assist in documenting UI/UX guidelines, making it easier for the development team to understand and follow.
• Participate in research and benchmark analysis, helping to find references and innovative solutions for our products.
• Collaborate with developers and Product Managers, clarifying doubts and ensuring that designs are properly implemented.
• Take part in team meetings (dailies, refinements, reviews) to understand day-to-day challenges and contribute to improvements.
• Requirements
• Interest in UI/UX Design.
• Basic knowledge of Figma.
• Understanding of web and mobile (Android and iOS) design principles.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to contribute ideas.
• Nice to Have
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (just to better understand how designs are implemented in code).
• Interest in Design Systems and accessibility.
• Experience creating prototypes in Figma (even if only for academic or personal projects).
• Excellent verbal and written English comprehension.
