We're seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team, responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences through continuous improvement. As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work closely with our innovation team to explore new solutions in IoT, Cyber, and Advanced Analytics.

• Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with clients to understand their product ideas and visions, utilizing design thinking to create prototypes and test designs
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, prototypes, or other necessary deliverables, optimized for various devices and interfaces
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements in partnership with product managers, business specialists, and engineers
• Creating research-based personas to inform design decisions
