User-Centred Design Expertise

We're looking for a skilled UX designer to lead our product design efforts. As a User-Centred Design Expert, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences through detailed design work.

This role requires a deep understanding of UX principles and interaction design. You'll conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with product goals.
• Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across all platforms.
• Presentation of design concepts and iteration based on stakeholder feedback.

• Requirements:
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie).
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to improve design.
• A degree in design, HCI, or a related field, with 3-5 years of product design experience.
