We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and a keen eye for detail.

• What you will do:
• Collaborate with a talented and dynamic team to design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.
• Create user experiences that balance aesthetics, functionality, and usability.
• Work on international projects for leading companies like VW Financial Services.
• Define and refine user journeys, prototypes, and final designs that deliver impact.
• Brainstorm and implement design systems in collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Continuously research and stay ahead of the latest trends in UX/UI design.
• Participate in Agile team processes and contribute to a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• What We’re Looking For
• Design expertise in web and mobile interfaces (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Figma and similar tools.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Degree in UX/UI Design or a related field (valued).
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• A proactive mindset, with a passion for solving complex problems through design.

• Nice-to-Haves
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JSON.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking , Lean UX, and Agile.
• Experience using tools like Visual Studio Code and version control systems like GIT.
