About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Functional Designer to join our internal team. This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra, with opportunities for growth and collaboration within a dynamic environment. As a Functional Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our client relationships and driving project success.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design workshops to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Develop SuccessFactors EC functional knowledge to enhance our service offerings.
• Design CPI integrations, with a focus on payroll integrations (although experience with other types of integrations is also valuable).
• Foster excellent communication skills, particularly in English, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring proactive and organized approaches to project delivery.

Requirements

• To be considered for this role, you'll need:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in functional design, ideally with a background in leading design workshops.
• Proven expertise in designing CPI integrations, including payroll integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with excellent English proficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
• Organizational skills, with a focus on summarizing key action items from workshops.
