• Computer science degree or equivalent;
• 5+ years' experience in software engineering, and initial experiences as an engineering manager;
• Solid problem-solving skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a robust interest in UI/UX design are essential;
• Experience in working with web services, REST APIs, and data integration is also required;
• An eagerness to expand skills and learn Python for backend development;
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience;
