Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Expert – Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in Amadora, Portugal. This role is part of our UX transformation at Siemens, where you will play a key driver for user experience innovations across all business areas.

You will be responsible for defining digital offerings for our clients worldwide, driving UX innovation, and integrating it into customer projects efficiently. As a User Experience Designer, you will be instrumental in elaborating innovative solutions that solve our users' pains and serve their needs.

You will translate our sophisticated technology products and embedded systems into simple and intuitive experiences, impacting our users' daily lives.

We are looking for someone with a background in digital design and human-centered design, ideally added with research skills and a bachelor's degree or higher in design or related field.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience as a UX Designer and UI Designer, strong portfolio of work demonstrating design skills, and the ability to use industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
