We're seeking a talented Technical Leader - UI/UX to join our frontend engineering team at TN Portugal. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing major improvements to systems and tools that many application engineering teams depend on.
About the Role

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a technical leader, where you'll bring world-class technical abilities to deliver industry-leading systems in areas such as data visualization, virtual runtime profiling, and planet-scale streaming. You'll also participate in the staff engineering community, helping us learn from what the industry is doing and what we've built before, and improving company-wide standards around software and systems engineering.
• Design and implement major improvements to systems and tools.
• Develop new Datadog product lines from initial outline to public launch.
• Break down complex UX problems, solving fundamental workflows and polishing solutions until they feel intuitive.
• About You

• We're looking for someone with 4+ years of technical leadership experience, including both effective communication of complex concepts and experience coordinating across teams to ship critical products. Your strong UI/UX intuition will enable you to work closely with product design and product management stakeholders to develop a shared vision and deliver on it.
