Requirements

At least 2 years of experience with design software and wireframe tools The candidate will need to submit a portfolio of professional design projects that include work with web/mobile applications. Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces for complex internal systems Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices Outstanding design skills in visual and interaction design, interactive prototyping, understanding of digital accessibility A well-developed eye for detail Experience in collaboration with design and developer teams At least Upper-Intermediate level of English Will be a plus:
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles Experience in conducting user testing sessions Responsibilities:
Work closely with project leads to conduct user research and analyze business requirements Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, consistent with the brand identity and meet accessibility guidelines Present and defend your design decisions, ensuring they are grounded in design thinking and fundamental principles Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies Benefits:
