The Constellation Technology Team provides a group-wide set of Technology Products and Services across the Constellation Automotive Group. We are a central function working across the following domains: Technology Operations, Cyber Security, Product, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Logistics, Architecture and Portfolio; across the UK and Europe.

About the role!

As a Tech Hub Senior UX Designer you will be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of UX designers. We are a growing team looking for an ambitious and talented UX Designer to help craft first-class online experiences for our customers, across all our digital products and services.

It is an exciting time to join the team as we focus more and more on our digital experiences, using well known user centred design methods and the latest tools to design digital experiences our customers will love. We enjoy working in agile conditions so it’s important that you’re adaptable in your approach to collaborative user centred design.

• Experienced UX Designer: 5+ years in fast-paced, product-led tech industry.
• Creative Figma Expert: Passionate with solid UI design skills.
• Outcome-Focused: Delivered complex projects with proven success, backed by portfolio and data.
• Pragmatic Approach: Balances rapid experimentation with scalable solutions.
• Effective Communicator & Collaborator: Coordinates across disciplines, engages stakeholders, and presents design decisions confidently.

• What you’ll be doing day to day!
• Hands-on Collaboration: Work in agile tribes with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and more.
• Strategic Guidance: Help define squad direction and success metrics.
• Holistic Design: Create user flows, journeys, and interfaces for seamless customer experiences.
• Cross-disciplinary Workshops: Coordinate discovery and ideation, ensuring team alignment.
• User-Centred Research: Evaluate user data, conduct research, and champion pixel-perfect UI

• Nice to have
• Experience in planning, facilitating, and analysing user research.
• Experience with planning A/B tests and analysing the results.
• A good knowledge of accessibility best practices.
• Knowledge of Service Design practices and knowing how/when to apply them.
• Experience in managing/contributing to design systems.
• BA or BS in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.
