As a Senior UI/UX Specialist for Collaboration Platforms at Mootiva, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our collaboration platform. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in building intuitive, responsive interfaces using React and React Native.

• You will be responsible for leading frontend development efforts, designing and developing high-quality user experiences, and collaborating with the backend team when needed. Our ideal candidate possesses:
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong background in building intuitive, responsive interfaces
• Experience leading frontend projects end-to-end
• Deep knowledge of React/React Native, with backend experience using Node.js and MongoDB
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, UI/UX)
• Hands-on experience deploying scalable apps in GCP or similar cloud environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and autonomy in managing time and estimating effort
• Bonus: Experience using AI tools (AI-assisted coding, automated testing, AI-driven UI improvements)
