Job Summary

• Equus Software seeks a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Product Designer to lead the design process for Workia.com, creating engaging and intuitive user experiences that drive business growth.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces that meet business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Requirements
• 4+ years of experience designing complex systems/platforms and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.
• Proven experience designing web and mobile applications, with a focus on SaaS platforms or collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing tools.
