At Blackfluo, we're building the next-generation SaaS platform for recruitment powered by AI. Our product is growing fast, and we're now looking for a creative mind to shape not only our user experience, but also our visual identity and brand presence.

We're a small, agile team with big ambitionsand were fully remote.

We're seeking a hybrid profile: someone who is not only a skilled UI/UX designer, but who also has a strong interest in visual communication and is excited about community engagement.

• Youll work closely with the founders and product team to:
• Design beautiful and intuitive interfaces
• Define and evolve our design system
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across product and brand
• Create impactful visuals for our social media, presentations, and website
• Support and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Contribute to content ideas and community engagement strategy

• Who You Are
• You have experience designing digital products (ideally SaaS or web apps)
• Youre proficient with Figma or similar tools
• You have a strong eye for branding, layout, and design consistency
• Youre curious, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
• Youre familiar with social media formats, especially LinkedIn
• You have excellent communication skills English

• Nice to Have
• Experience with content creation, basic motion design or video editing
• Youve worked with early-stage startups or on product launches
