The Role: As a Senior Mobile Product Designer, you'll be responsible for leading design initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and delivering impactful solutions. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with business objectives and ensure that our mobile applications meet user needs. Your expertise in user testing, data analysis, and iterative design processes will enable you to create designs that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with our company's values.

• Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design initiatives and influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and preferences
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs

• Requirements and Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on mobile applications
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking
• Strong understanding of mobile design guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design) and accessibility standards
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives, influence stakeholders, and deliver impactful solutions
