• The Acolad Live platform connects customers with a global vendor pool, offering high-confidence services and extensive human and machine interpretation solutions.
• Responsibilities
• Lead creative thinking around major frameworks and design systems.
• Redesign the entire platform user experience, optimizing product interactions and user interfaces based on user behaviors and job-to-be-done approach.
• Define product design strategy, vision, and guiding principles.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with senior product owner and engineers.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, adhering to accessibility guidelines.
• Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Up-to-date with design trends and tools.
• Proven track record of designing quality user experiences with good software design across multiple device types and contexts.
• Excellent design leadership and communication skills.
• Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design (mobile and web).
• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to final implementation-ready product.
• Ensure design consistency and usability across all platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Portfolio of design projects with a mobile-first approach.
