We are seeking a talented Global UX Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our UX department, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end UX strategy, from research to testing, to solve real user problems with elegant solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in UX-heavy roles, including research, flows, and usability testing. They will also possess mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and have Adobe Suite skills. Fluency in English is a must, as you will collaborate with global stakeholders daily.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end UX strategy —research, wireframes, prototypes, and testing—to solve real user problems with elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with international teams to translate insights into pixel-perfect designs (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Design and evolve a unified visual identity that scales across web, mobile, and beyond.
• Optimize interfaces using best practices in accessibility, interaction design, and data-driven improvements.
• Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for high-fidelity assets when needed.

• Requirements:
• A portfolio showcasing cross-platform UI/UX work —not just visuals, but why your designs work.
• 3+ years of experience in UX-heavy roles (research, flows, usability testing).
• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (Adobe Suite skills are a big plus).
• Fluent English —you'll collaborate with global stakeholders daily.
