They will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, and proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively across teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and AI, to deliver cohesive and scalable design solutions.

As a Product Designer at Tn Portugal, you will play a key role in shaping the company's product development lifecycle.

You will conduct user research, design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and present design solutions to stakeholders.

Additionally, you will navigate the complexity of platforms and larger scale products, create high-fidelity assets, and contribute to improving team processes.

The position is hybrid and can be based across various locations in Europe.
