Job Description
As a Product Designer at Meight, you'll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for designing and developing our digital products. Your primary focus will be on creating user experiences that meet the needs of our target audience while aligning with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. User Research: Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of our target audience.
2. Design Creation: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user expectations and business goals.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
4. Design Consistency: Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all digital platforms.

Requirements
- A degree in Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a product management role.
