• *Your Mission:** As a UX/UI designer at Construo Ag, you will conduct user research, define key problems, and translate them into prototypes to be tested and iterated upon. You will craft the overall functionality of our products, ensuring a great user experience through continuous improvements. Ultimately, you will make our client's products more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain users and customers globally. Additionally, you will support our innovation team in exploring new solutions in Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber, and Advanced Analytics.
• *Responsibilities:**
• Facilitate client product ideas and visions following design thinking approach.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, prototypes or any other deliverable that matter, optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, business specialists, and engineers.
• Create research-based personas.
• Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to existing and new features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Adhere to brand style standards on fonts, colors, and images, keeping a unified identity for our products.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Keep up with new standards and industry best practices to ensure a state-of-the-art user experience.
• Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
• *Requirements:** A professional background as a UX or visual designer is essential. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex B2B solutions for digital environments. A bachelor's or master's degree in human-centered design, visual design, communications, computer science, psychology, engineering, or a related field is required. Strong expertise in working with Figma and similar tools is necessary. Experience applying Design Thinking methods and using Angular Material is beneficial. Proficiency in Google's Material Design Language and knowledge of UX design best practices are expected. Desire to work in all aspects of the design process is a must. A good grasp of user-centered design, testing methodologies, usability, and accessibility concerns is necessary. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences meeting client needs and vision is crucial. Business and product-centric mentality is essential. Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently is necessary. Clear and effective communication of design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams, stakeholders, and clients is required. Good spoken and written English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory. Enjoyment collaborating with others and a positive attitude towards creating great products together is vital.
