Job Summary

• We are seeking a UX UI Junior Designer to contribute to our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you will design and translate visuals into code, create prototypes, and collaborate directly with development teams to ensure website responsiveness and functionality across different devices and browsers.
• Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the digital transformation team to develop innovative solutions;
• Design intuitive experiences and simple navigation flows that meet user needs;
• Apply UX best practices to ensure design meets user expectations;
• Implement improvements based on user feedback;
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into code.
• Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience in Web Design or related field;
• Degree in Design or related field;
• Solid knowledge of web and mobile design systems and languages;
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign (or equivalents);
• Creativity, initiative, and passion for transformation and innovation;
• Agility in developing solutions and adaptability;
• Ability to work in a team with multiple stakeholders.
