We are a dynamic and innovative team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a talented UX Expert to join our team and help us create a seamless, intuitive, and high-performance app that connects users to our entire suite of financial services.

This role is pivotal in bringing our customer experience strategy to life on mobile, ensuring consistency with our web and API channels while prioritizing accessibility and usability.

• You will work closely with our design and engineering teams to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and secure mobile features. You will also be responsible for leading product discovery and ideation for mobile-first experiences, validating ideas through user feedback and data.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver the mobile product roadmap in alignment with company goals and user needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, AML, Marketing, Operations) and developers to execute product initiatives efficiently
• Partner with design and engineering to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and secure mobile features
• Lead product discovery and ideation for mobile-first experiences, validating ideas through user feedback and data
• Drive cross-market development strategies to ensure scalability and localization
• Use data and market research to identify opportunities for performance optimization and growth
• Ensure platform compliance with relevant regulations and security standards across all supported regions
• Manage third-party integrations where needed and collaborate with API and platform teams to ensure consistent backend delivery
