Job Description

• We're looking for a skilled UX/UI designer to join our Information Technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for growth, flexibility, and collaboration.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design Leadership: Oversee the design process from research to prototyping, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Agile Methodologies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integration within the product lifecycle.
• User Research: Lead research efforts to understand user needs and pain points, informing design decisions.
• Interface Design: Create intuitive interfaces aligned with the user journey, prioritizing clarity and accessibility.
• Project Management: Manage tasks and workflows using JIRA, delivering scalable, user-centered solutions.
• Main Requirements

• To excel in this role, you'll need:
• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in tech or AI-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and JIRA, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative design.
• A deep understanding of user experience principles.
• Ability to manage design tasks from concept to delivery.
