About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Staff UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our platform's AI experience. As a key member of our Primitives team, you will work on high-priority initiatives that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

This is a remote role, suitable for designers who possess exceptional prototyping skills, can rapidly visualize multiple product design directions, and consider technical, business, and experience goals.

• As a senior designer, you will participate in workshops, facilitate co-creation sessions, and present design work to senior stakeholders. You will also collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand business goals and make important decisions.
