About the Position:

• JobFinder Spain is seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Design Lead - Warehouse Management to join our team. As a UI/UX Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design of user-centric solutions for our customers.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for web and smart glasses;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements;
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product/application development team;
• Understanding complex concepts, diagramming large-scale flows with logic checks;
• Experience in understanding accessibility standards and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS);
• Proficiency in Figma and similar tools;
• Understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility.
