• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop logic flows and consistent screens designed to support an end-to-end warehouse management system">
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze the business processes, and integrate feedback into design iterations">
• Create wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, large-scale flows, and user scenarios to effectively convey design concepts">
• Present recurring design reviews to the customer's team">

• Requirements:

• Hands-on exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical problem-solving, and working closely with requirements throughout the development process">
• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product/application development team">
• Experience in understanding complex concepts, diagramming large-scale flows with logic checks">
• Understanding of accessibility standards and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)">
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed wireframes for complex applications">
• Proficiency in Figma and similar tools">
• Relevant experience with corp-level dashboards">
• Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization">
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility">
• Have an available online portfolio">
• Ability to work in EST time zone (5-6 hours coverage)">
• Upper-Intermediate English level">
