We are seeking a highly dynamic and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled designer to collaborate with our Creative Hub to create innovative solutions for project direction, visuals, and experience.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The role demands the ability to conceptualize ideas, translate them into superior designs, multitask, and work under pressure to achieve deadlines.

In this fast-paced environment, you will be working closely with creatives, strategists, technologists, and larger teams to bring ideas to life.

• To succeed in this role, you will need to stay current with the latest technology and human interactions, seeking new opportunities to create unique experiences and innovations.
• Collaborate with our Creative Hub to define and implement innovative solutions for project direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Development.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity experiences, interactive prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess an excellent working knowledge of our creative processes and techniques, especially as they pertain to the User Experience discipline.

You will be responsible for understanding the entire UX cycle and how all touchpoints interact and influence each other.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can take charge of a situation and act, problem-solve, project manage, and multi-task.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in all aspects of the UX lifecycle, a proven track record of creating rich visual experiences, and excellent digital and print portfolio showing flair and attention to detail.

A bachelor's degree, Design or Art Direction emphasis preferred, or equivalent work experience is required.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Vev Platform experience is necessary.

You will be working closely with the development teams to deliver a unified approach and leading workshops and presentations.
