We're looking for a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team and help us shape the future of warehouse management systems.
About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that meet the needs of warehouse operations teams. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop designs that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop user experience strategies that align with business objectives;
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for warehouse management systems;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems;
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions;
  • Presentation design concepts to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field;
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design;
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles;
  • Experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
