About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the development of user-centered design solutions. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and align design strategies with business goals.

You will apply advanced design principles to create sophisticated UI systems, wireframes, and prototypes, and gather and analyze data to inform design decisions and continuous improvement. Your expertise in UX methodologies, design systems, and UI best practices will be essential in driving high-impact insights that enhance decision-making across the entire organization.

• Requirements:
• Expertise in UX methodologies, design systems, and UI best practices
• Deep knowledge of user research, usability testing, and user personas
• Skilled in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
