UX Designer (m/f/d)

• What You Will Enjoy Doing
• You will work collaboratively with the Digital and Innovation Manager and cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and pain points, and develop innovative solutions to solve complex problems
• Furthermore you will create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and other UX design artifacts to support the development and implementation of innovative digital products
• It will be your responsibility to ensure that UX design is customer-centric, using user research and data to guide product design decisions
• Also, you will ensure that UX design can fit as much as possible an alignment between the different countries of the region with an easy and accurate way of language management
• Additionally, you will work closely with product and software development teams to ensure that designs are accurately and efficiently implemented with a high level of quality
• You must ensure that UX designs adhere to design guidelines and match up to business objectives, while maintaining a high level of visual polish and consistency across products
• You will stay up to date with UX design trends, tools and best practices, and continuously improve design processes and workflows in the team
• Also, you must ensure the UX design in Linde’s compliance
• You will actively participate in digitalization and task automation process, contributing to the company´s evolution towards digital transformation

• What Makes You Great
• You must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Also, you have at least 4 years of experience as a UX Designer
• You are proficient in English (spoken and writing). Portuguese, Spanish and French are a plus
• You have a strong experience in using design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Additionally, you have a strong experience in UX design for digital products, such as web applications and mobile apps
• Furthermore you have Knowledge in basic web UI technologies such as html, css, javascript
• You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and process, and showcases your experience in developing UX/UI applications
• Are you ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation team
• You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation. You have an excellent understanding of user research and data analytics to drive product design decisions
• Also, you have experience in design coding for web applications and mobile apps (e.g. in Blazor) is a plus

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
