  • Elevate our SaaS offering within the Customer Experience team through customer-centric initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration with diverse teams including product managers, analysts, engineers and QA experts on strategic roadmap and client projects.
  • Lead the entire design journey from insightful research and prototyping to captivating UI and visual design.
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to craft designs that resonate with users.
  • Develop scalable customer experience solutions emphasizing usability and efficiency.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping modular design pattern library for seamless experiences across platforms.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years UX/UI design experience with a related degree and passion for technology.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering and QA teams to translate requirements into product features.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Atomic design principles.
  • Skilled in responsive interface design across mobile and web platforms.
  • Commitment to lean agile methodologies driving continuous design improvement and innovation.
