Accessibility-Focused UX/UI Position

• We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Consultant specializing in Accessibility to join our team in Lisbon.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Create user-friendly interface designs that meet accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Conduct user research through interviews and data analysis.
• Communicate design solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on Accessibility.
• Excellent understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and their practical application.
• Experience working with design systems, UI kits, and accessibility tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing accessible design solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
