About the Job

We are seeking an experienced UX designer to join our team. As a UX designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Design and develop user-centered solutions that meet business requirements.
• Work closely with data analytics teams to understand business metrics and develop data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality user interface designs using modern UI design tools such as Figma.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong background in UI/UX projects.
• Proven experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
• Data-driven mindset: ability to understand business metrics, interpret data, and collaborate closely with Data Analytics teams.
• Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) and Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
