UX/UI Designer Opportunity

A forward-thinking organization is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that meet business objectives, leveraging expertise in UX principles and methodologies to develop aesthetically pleasing and brand-consistent visuals using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Develop user-centered designs that meet business objectives.
• Design and prototype interfaces, focusing on responsive design, mobile-first approaches, and cross-platform experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered designs.

• Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UX/UI design, with expertise in user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Motion graphics skills to create engaging micro-interactions and animations.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Hands-on experience with A/B Testing and Analytics Tools to optimize user experiences based on data-driven insights.
