User Experience Designer - Aviation Industry

About the role:

You'll be responsible for designing user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and streamline workflows, as well as conducting user research to identify pain points and generate actionable insights.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and evolve our design system with clear documentation, redlines, and style guides.
• Collaborate with Engineers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs and maintain visual integrity.
• Drive design decisions with data, implementing UX metrics to measure and improve user experience.
• Presents and communicates design solutions to internal stakeholders with clarity and rationale.
• Ensures consistent brand and design language across the product and marketing materials.

• Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Expert in Figma, including design system creation and interactive prototyping.
• Your portfolio showcases thoughtful user-centered design, strong interaction design, and visual clarity.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
