Key Responsibilities:Lead the UX engineering team to deliver- quality user experiences aligned with the company’s vision and goals; Develop innovative mechatronics solutions for automated border control and electronic identity systems; Define and drive the technical roadmap for UX development, collaborating with stakeholders to align UX strategies with business objectives; Advocate for design consistency and usability across all products; Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to define requirements and deliverables; Ensure compliance with accessibility and industry standards and best practices in design and development; Make- driven decisions. About the ideal candidate:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Innovation, Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, or Industrial Design; Extensiveexperience leading multidisciplinary teams in UX engineering and product development; Strong proficiency in 3D modeling tools (e.G., SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360) and- on experience with rapid prototyping; Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and their integration into product design; Proven ability to translate complex design concepts into functional, scalable solutions; Expertisein- centered design (UCD) methodologies and agile environments; Passionate about Hardware, Design, UX, and Industrial Design; Excellentcommunication skills—able to present, defend, and align design strategies with business goals; Strong leadership and collaboration skills across engineering, design, and research teams; Strategic, proactive mindset connecting design, technology, and user experience; Fluent inEnglish, with advanced proficiency preferred, to work effectively in global projects.
