The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a passion for design, and a flexible and adaptable approach to work. They should be able to turn large quantities of data into simple elegant solutions, understand core UX principles, and have experience with software tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Dovetail, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Heap, and DevOps.
