About Us:

This role involves working as a Product Design Specialist on a day-to-day basis, focusing on visual design, design thinking, user research, product design, and UX research.

We're looking for an individual with excellent designing skills who can fit our culture, work well in a team, and take client and peer feedback constructively.

Key responsibilities include creating, updating, and using a Design System, prioritising product goals, target audience, and feasibility, understanding the impact of design decisions on project timelines and budgets, and defending designs through logical reasoning.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in designing interfaces, be driven by quality and rigour, knowledgeable in HTML and CSS, have a product mindset, and be proficient in Figma and Sketch.

Additionally, they should be able to continuously learn and develop new skills, possess medium English communication skills, both written and spoken, and have proficiency in HTML and CSS as a plus.
