UI/UX Designer Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team.
• Create user-centered designs for digital applications through research, user interviews, and usability testing.
• Identify existing usability gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with product teams and engineers to design solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design key interactions, wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual design comps, interactive prototypes, and user interface design specifications.
• Efficiently iterate designs, adjusting to technical requirements, and incorporating usability findings.

• Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience designing complex digital applications (enterprise-level experience is a plus).
• Experience conducting user research, performing research analysis, and creating supporting UX documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in translating abstract requirements into user workflows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI development requirements.

• Nice to Have:
• 3rd Level Qualification in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Design, Engineering, or similar.

• Preferred Skills:
• Experience designing for enterprise applications and/or developer tools with data-intensive UIs.
• Experience designing for products with large, established customer bases.
