About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape user experiences and define product visual identity. This is a unique opportunity to drive design strategy and contribute to the overall vision of the product.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design Initiatives: Develop and implement end-to-end design processes for the product, including research, conceptualization, and final visual execution.
• Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to ensure design strategy aligns with product goals and contributes to the overall vision.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience.
• Design Systems: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure visual consistency across the product.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Use design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate functionality and user flows.
• Staying Current: Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends to bring fresh perspectives to the product.

• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment.
