2. Role Summary
The Junior UX/UI Designer in Lisbon, Portugal will play a critical role in achieving our company's objectives by applying their expertise, partnering across teams, and driving innovation to support our rapid growth.

3. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for success in the role
- Manage day-to-day execution of core processes
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize processes
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders
- Mentor and coach junior team members

4. Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 2+ years in UX/UI design for digital products
- Portfolio of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and InVision
- Strong visual design and user research skills
Preferred:
- Experience in design systems creation
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics
