Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design process and creating user-centered designs that meet business objectives.

About the Job:

This is a senior-level role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the design vision, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs.

• Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process, defining and implementing the design vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality designs.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
• Design and deliver user-centered solutions that meet business objectives.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.

• What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of UX design experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience representing work to broader teams and other leaders, clearly articulating goals and concepts.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent ability to shape user experience of SaaS B2B platforms operating in international markets/ languages/ cultures.
