• About the Job: We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape user-focused experiences and define the product's visual identity.
• The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives, drive end-to-end design processes, and collaborate with leadership to align design strategy with product goals.
• You will be responsible for creating user-focused designs, conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating designs based on user feedback.
• In addition, you will develop and maintain a design system, prototype and wireframe using Figma, Sketch, or other tools, and stay updated on design trends.

• Responsibilities:
• Design Initiatives: Lead end-to-end design processes for our product, from research and conceptualization to final visual execution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align design strategy with product goals, contributing to the overall vision.
• User-Focused Designs: Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience.
• Design System: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure visual consistency across the product.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Use Figma, Sketch, or other tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and user flows.
