As a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer / AI Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing user-centered digital experiences that integrate AI capabilities to improve functionality, personalization, and performance. About the Role

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 6AM-3PM Central European Time, 1PM-10PM Asia/Manila, 11PM-8AM Central Standard Time. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective design strategies.
• Design & Prototype: Create high-quality designs and prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
• Research & Analyze: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Design Implementation: Translate business requirements into thoughtful design solutions that incorporate AI technologies.
• AI Integration: Apply your knowledge of AI tools and principles to enhance user experiences.

• What We're Looking For:
• Design Tools Expertise: Proven experience using UI/UX tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design intuitive user interfaces.
• Research Know-How: Proficiency in user research methods, usability testing, and behavior analysis.
• AI Familiarity: Practical understanding of integrating AI features into product design.
