We are seeking a highly dynamic and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for innovative design, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The role demands strong multitasking abilities, creative proficiency to enhance user experience, and the ability to conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with creative teams to define and implement innovative solutions, executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development, and presenting and defending designs to peers and stakeholders.

• The successful candidate will also establish and promote design guidelines, champion best practices of usability and user-centric design, and analyze current and future digital experiences to develop qualitative audits and analysis to increase performance.
• In-depth understanding of the entire UX cycle and how all touchpoints interact and influence each other.
• Proven track record of creating rich visual experiences with a solid background in all aspects of the UX lifecycle.
• Superior UX/UI skills to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into intuitive and functional user interfaces.
• Excellent working knowledge of creative processes and techniques, especially as they pertain to the User Experience discipline.

This is a client-facing role that requires the ability to quickly grasp a brand's architecture and take a leading role in workshops and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years agency experience with a UI/UX background, a bachelor's degree in Design or Art Direction emphasis, and an excellent digital and print portfolio showing flair and attention to detail.

Able to work under pressure and multitask to achieve long and short deadlines, the successful candidate will be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Vev Platform, with a strong understanding of atomic design methodology, front-end development, A/B testing methodologies, and digital marketing.

This role demands strong problem-solving skills, project management, and multitasking abilities, as well as the ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends and potential pitfalls.
