We're seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team.

• Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop user-centric experiences that meet the needs of governments and citizens in developing countries.
• You will work closely with Product Management to understand customer needs, empathize with them, and create innovative solutions to improve their work lives.
• You will partner with fellow designers to create cohesive, seamless, and emotionally resonant user experiences.
• You will collaborate with Engineering to bring your designs to life.
• You will work with User Research to gather feedback on your designs and identify areas for improvement.
• You will communicate regularly with stakeholders to discuss project status, goals, roadblocks, and areas for improvement.
• You will lead design critiques, stakeholder reviews, and customer demos.
• You will stay up-to-date with changing design technologies and methodologies, and help drive process improvements and design strategy.
• You will develop domain expertise to reconcile design best practices with business needs.
• You will mentor less experienced designers.
• You will continuously learn, grow, and be challenged.

A successful candidate will have experience designing user-centered experiences, a passion for innovation, and excellent communication skills.
