Revolutionize Digestive Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior UX/UI Designer to join our mission-driven team. Our interdisciplinary team comprises gastroenterologists, researchers, and engineers, all driven to revolutionize diagnostics and treatments in gastroenterology.

We aim to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of diagnostic tools and therapeutic methods, including anoscopy, cholangioscopy, capsule endoscopy, and even enter fields of gynecology, such as colposcopy.

The ideal candidate will have over 1 year's experience in creating moodboards, final mockups, design systems, interactive prototypes, and graphic content for presentations and digital content.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills, as well as fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create visual guidelines for each project;
2. Develop Design Systems based on a set of visual rules, principles, constraints, and good practices;
3. Maintain a curious spirit to keep up to date with market trends;
4. Create interactive prototypes;
5. Provide technical resources that add value to the product;
6. Collaborate with doctors and engineers;
7. Create graphic content for presentations and digital content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Over 1 year's experience;
2. Degree in Communication Design, training in UX/UI Design, or similar;
3. Experience in participating in web and mobile development projects;
4. Knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite);
5. Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint and Word;
6. Ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly and effectively;
7. Good skills in visualizing and presenting ideas;
8. Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills;
9. Fluency in English.
