About the Role
As our first Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user-focused experiences and defining our product's visual identity.
Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll have a unique opportunity to drive the user experience and visual design to new heights, directly impacting our brand and user satisfaction.
You will lead end-to-end design processes for our product, from research and conceptualization to final visual execution. This includes collaborating with leadership to align design strategy with product goals, contributing to the overall vision.

- Responsibilities:
- Lead Design Initiatives:
- Drive end-to-end design processes for our product, from research and conceptualization to final visual execution
- Collaborate with leadership to align design strategy with product goals, contributing to the overall vision
- Collaborate with Leadership:
- Work closely with leadership to ensure design efforts are aligned with business objectives
- Create User-Focused Designs:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience
- Develop and Maintain a Design System:
- Establish and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure visual consistency across the product
- Prototype and Wireframe:
- Use Figma, Sketch, or other tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and user flows
- Stay Updated on Design Trends:
- Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends to bring fresh perspectives to the product
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and design systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment.
