As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping both our product development and business strategy. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our- friendly team and work on cutting edge projects that will shape the future of AI-driven growth platforms. About the Role: As our first Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping- focused experiences and defining our product's visual identity. Working closely with leadership and- functional teams, you’ll have a unique opportunity to drive the user experience and visual design to new heights, directly impacting our brand and user satisfaction. Responsibilities:. Lead Design Initiatives: Drive-- end design processes for our product, from research and conceptualization to final visual execution. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to align design strategy with product goals, contributing to the overall vision. Create User-Focused Designs: Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience. Develop and Maintain a Design System: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure visual consistency across the product. Prototype and Wireframe: Use Figma, Sketch, or other tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and- fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and user flows. Stay Updated on Design Trends: Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends to bring fresh perspectives to the product. Qualifications:. Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. Strong portfolio showcasing- centered design work and design systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
