We're looking for a UX Designer to help us make complex tasks intuitive, elegant, and satisfying user experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create user-centered designs through research, user interviews, and usability testing.
  • Identify existing usability gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with product teams and engineers to design or refine solutions throughout a product lifecycle.
  • Design and develop key interactions, wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual design comps, interactive prototypes, and user interface design specifications in a fast-paced environment.
  • Efficiently iterate designs, adjusting to technical requirements and incorporating usability findings.
  • Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience designing complex digital applications, preferably enterprise-level.
  • Experience conducting user research, analysis, and creating supporting UX documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience translating abstract requirements into user workflows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI development requirements.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative, iterative product development process.
  • Portfolio of past work with examples in web and enterprise.
  • Organized and proactive with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using style guides, common component libraries, and Sketch libraries.
  • Expert knowledge of UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InVision, Inspect, and Zeplin.
  • Comfortable working remotely with global remote product teams.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, best practices, and usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility concerns.
  • Nice to Have:
  • 3rd Level Qualification in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Design, Engineering, or similar.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience designing for enterprise applications and/or developer tools with data-intensive UIs.
  • Experience designing for products with large, established customer bases.
  • Experience working in waterfall and Agile development cycles.
  • Experience working on multiple products and projects at once.
